Monday Evening Yin Immersed in Nature—Full Body Relaxation

Full Body Total Relaxation—

Are you experiencing stress or anxiety? Do you feel tension in your muscles? This 60 minute experience immersed in nature will let you experience total indulgence and full body release.

During this guided experience you will enjoy guidance through breathing techniques, slow meditative yoga asanas (postures held for specific times) and Savasana that will induce surrender through the parasympathetic nervous system. This will release tension, pain, and stiffness in your physical body, liberating you energetically, physically, mentally and emotionally. You may experience a deep sense of "letting go," calm and harmony.

You’ll leave this experience relaxed and rejuvenated, like awakening from a deep trance. Perceiving your time-space reality, awakened, as if, for the first time.

At the end of class (and this is totally optional) there will be open discussions where practitioners can share their experiences if they so desire. Fresh yogic tea may also be served.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for parking and a calm arrival. Please park your vehicle anywhere on the property.
