Join us for POM PUPPY YOGA healing therapy on SATURDAY AUGUST 24, 2024 at 11:45 AM.
This event will take place at Pensacola Athletic Center (PAC).
During this experience you will be guided through yoga postures to ground and connect you to the present moment. Giving you the opportunity to interact with our furry therapeutic friends. Pet therapy improves energetic levels, increases self-esteem, increases feelings of love and connection to life. This experience is designed to be inclusive, especially for beginners. This is because it allows you to experience the yoga benefits and the true essence of yoga behind the asana postures. This experience will evoke your inner being and help you connect with your inner child in an engaging and playful way. Allow yourself to enjoy this fun and playful experience. We look forward to seeing you there!
