Professional Boundaries and Conduct
Respect: All clients are treated with the utmost respect and dignity.
Boundaries: Personal and professional boundaries are strictly upheld throughout every session. Inappropriate behavior or requests will result in the immediate termination of the session, and future appointments may be declined.
Health and Safety Guidelines
To maintain the health and well-being of everyone, we kindly ask that you:
Reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing contagious conditions (e.g., colds, influenza, shingles) or symptoms of active illness (fever, sore throat, swelling).
Inform your therapist of any health changes, injuries, or preferences before your session to ensure a safe and effective experience.
Appointments and Cancellations
Arrival:
First-time clients: Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete intake forms, which include your health history and any specific preferences or concerns.
Returning clients: Arrive 5 minutes early to prepare for your session.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service.
No-Shows: Missing an appointment without notice may result in being charged the full service fee.
Emergency Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. Fees may be waived in case of sudden illness, family emergencies, or severe weather, at the therapist’s discretion.

Late Arrival Policy
Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time, regardless of late arrivals, to respect the schedule of all clients.
Session Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any session immediately if:
Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or threatening conduct occurs.
The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Prepaid sessions will not be refunded in these cases.
Client Privacy and Draping
Confidentiality: Your privacy is a top priority. Personal information and session details are kept strictly confidential in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Draping: Clients are properly draped at all times, with only the area being treated exposed.
Payment Methods
We accept all forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and electronic payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service.
