This event will take place at Pensacola Athletic Center (PAC).
During this experience you will be guided through yoga postures to ground and connect you to the present moment. Giving you the opportunity to interact with our furry therapeutic friends. Pet therapy improves energetic levels, increases self-esteem, increases feelings of love and connection to life. This experience is designed to be inclusive, especially for beginners. This is because it allows you to experience the yoga benefits and the true essence of yoga behind the asana postures. This experience will evoke your inner being and help you connect with your inner child in an engaging and playful way. Allow yourself to enjoy this fun and playful experience. We look forward to seeing you there!
Please arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for parking and calm arrival. PAC offers free on site parking throughout the venue.

****Please bring your own yoga mat, preferably an older one. Also, wear your least favorite attire. Keep in mind that we'll be working with live animals, so please respect them accordingly. While accidents may happen, and there may be animal droppings, we maintain a judgment-free zone. Leave your judgments behind. If you cannot tolerate animals and their natural behavior, please reconsider joining this experience.
This class will take place inside PAC studio space. Please note that all online sales for pom puppy yoga are considered final, and no refunds will be granted. However, if the team cancels or reschedules the event, vouchers for an alternate date or time will be provided.
