Event Overview:

This experience offers a gentle flow of yoga postures facilitate physical, mental, and emotional homeostasis. By releasing tension from your body and easing stress from your mind, you’ll create space for grace, love, and a deeper connection to your inner self. This practice encourages your nervous system to stretch and adapt, opening pathways for transformation and renewal. Supporting you in this journey are our playful furry friends, who will join you on your mat, enhancing your breathwork and grounding practice with their joyful energy.

Bonding with our furry companions will reveal the profound influence of your breath—not only on your personal state but also on the collective energy of the room and the animals around you. Science shows that interacting with animals can boost energy, elevate self-esteem, and deepen feelings of love and connection to yourself and the world.

This inclusive, beginner-friendly experience transcends physical poses to embody the true essence of yoga. It invites you to reconnect with your inner child, awakening joy, playfulness, and light-heartedness.

As a special highlight, you’ll also have the opportunity to connect with our gentle equine companions—Frankie, Trumpet, and Bennet. Their calming presence adds a grounding, soothing energy, amplifying the healing potential of this unique and transformative experience.
