Join us for an evening of meditative reconnection and surrender in this heart-opening yoga class. Release physical and emotional tension around your heart. During this experience you will be guided through calming breathing techniques, Yin yoga postures and Savasana. This will induce deep vibrational and cellular healing emotionally, mentally and physically. Powerful essential oils may also be strategically utilized to bring practitioners into a deep state of relaxation and release.

You’ll leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, as if you had just emerged from a deep trance. Perceiving yourself and your time-space reality, as if for the first time.

At the end of class (and this is totally optional) there will be open discussions where practitioners can share their experiences if they so desire. Fresh yogic tea may also be served.
